How do I place an order?

You can place an order online using our online shopping cart. We use a secure Paypal checkout for online transactions. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover or Paypal accounts.

Alternatively, you can place an order by phone. Call us at (908) 754-4000 (Mon-Fri 10am-6pm EST, Sat 10am-5pm EST).

What is the return policy?

Poka Dots wants to make sure that you are 100% satisfied with your order. However, because our products are personalized, we are unable to accept returns.

Please be sure to verify that names are spelled correctly and that the design(s) and/or colors(s) you've selected are correct. Let us know what kind of gift wrapping you prefer as well.

If for some reason, the items are damaged during shipping, we will be glad to assist in filing a claim with our shipper.

Any damages during shipping must be reported within 7 days of receipt.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Once we receive your order, your gift will arrive wrapped beautifully and ready to enjoy within 2-3 weeks.

What are the shipping charges?

Use the chart below to determine the shipping cost of your order. An additional charge of up to $20 may apply for extra large items.
